Standing Tall and Proud

Cannon has reached another milestone we knew was coming yet we prayed was still months away.....yep, he is pulling up and standing tall.....in his crib!!!!

It didn't take long after Cannon started crawling that he figured out there was more to see if he got to stand a little taller. Not only does he love to stand up in his crib but he REALLY loves to let us know he is ready to get out of his crib. Our now soft spoken and mild mannered sweet baby boy has gotten a temper when his mommy & daddy don't come quickly and get him out of his crib in the morning and after naps.

Hey mommy....I'm ready to get down and play!

This is what happens when mommy & daddy ignore the screaming he is doing when he is suppose to be taking a nap. After the 5 minute rule in our house of letting him scream, everything turned silent and when we went into Cannon's room this was the "pass-out" pose we saw.
