This is the saying we have lined along our wall in the hallway. I take Cannon up to the wall often and tell him all about his family and how blessed he is to have such wonderful people in his life.
We just got back from a trip to Maryland to visit Aaron's family. While there we enjoyed getting to see all the family....and Grandma's friends too! We attend Aaron's mother's family reunion at Caledonia State Park just over the border in Pennsylvania. There we met relatives that we probably won't see often but it was such a treat to be able to get together and meet. Since we were visiting for a couple of days we decided to make the drive up to Pittsburgh to visit my 95 year old Grandma Santilli. So Cannon got to meet two of his four great grandmothers on this trip.
Aaron and I have decided to live in South Carolina and not Maryland or Texas so our vacations are not the destination trips like most families take. Our vacation time is spent traveling to visit the people we love the most...our family! Thank you God for giving us the gift of family!!
